1. Main parameters of filling system

( 1 ) Single thickener tailings treatment capacity : 150t / h ; normal working treatment : 120 t / h ( dry tailings )

( 2 ) Treatment materials : copper tailings

( 3 ) System filling system : work 330 days a year, 2 shifts a day, deep cone thickener and its supporting tailings concentration facilities working time is 24h / d, other equipment continuous working time is about 15h / d ;

( 4 ) Place of use : Jiangxi Copper Group Yinshan Mining Co., Ltd., installation absolute elevation of about + 130m ;

( 5 ) Concentration : 60 % ~ 65 % ;

( 6 ) Overflow concentration : ≤ 200ppm ;

( 7 ) Composition of slurry : tailings, cement and water.

2. Process flow of filling system

The tailings slurry of Yinshan Mine Concentrator is transported to the deep cone thickener in the filling station through the pipeline. At the same time, the tailings slurry is supplied to the deep cone gypsum thickener, and the flocculant is added into the flocculant preparation and addition system. The overflow water discharged after the concentrated settlement of the tailings slurry is sent back to the concentrator for recycling. The concentrated high-concentration slurry is pumped into the mixer through the underflow circulation conveying system ;

The concentrated water is supplied by the pump and transported to the mixer after measurement ;

Cement is transported to the cement silo by bulk cement tank truck, and the silo is equipped with a level meter. The bottom is transported and measured by a micro-powder scale, and then discharged to the mixer.

The dense high concentration tailings slurry, cement and water are fully stirred by two-stage mixer to prepare filling slurry, and the self-flow ( unable to self-flow area is pumped ) is transported through the filling pipeline to the underground filling area for filling.
